SHIPPING:

Orders placed on LuxeSpaFormulas.com can only be shipped in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands). APO addresses are also honored. All shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Some purchases, depending on value or shipping history, may require a 'Signature upon Delivery' to protect the customer and Luxe Spa Formulas. 

Also, if an item is returned for no fault of ours, we will not offer refunds for the shipping charges. After the item is returned and inspected, all shipping, handling, and restocking fees will be deducted if, and when,  a refund is submitted.

Any requests to waive the signature request, must be made when the order is placed and constitutes delivery responsibility to lie solely between the customer and the carrier.

Please plan accordingly as our 'Rush Shipping' is rare and quite expensive.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Although we do not ship internationally via our website, you can still order Luxe Spa Formula No. 33! Ebay and Amazon provide Global Shipping for our product. If you are an international customer, please consider using their shipping programs so you can start your Skin Firming Regimen as soon as possible. Access your account on either site for all the details specific to your beautiful part of the world!

RETURNS:

Did you know that less than 1% of our customers ever return our product? EVER! We have tens of thousands of customers and we work very hard to be sure you are happy whether you purchased your product directly from us or from an another AUTHORIZED seller.

Considering the nature of this product, and the variability of results between people, we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you have a specific question or issue prior to purchase and we will be happy to help make this the best shopping experience you have ever had!
