We recommend an 8 week regimen of twice a day applications (once in the morning and again later in the day or evening). Shake well before using. For best results, apply twice daily to stomach, arms, thighs, knees, and buttock areas. Use a loofah or exfoliation gloves once daily when bathing to increase blood circulation and to enhance absorption. Vigorously massage into dried skin by using an upward motion. Allow absorption.
